Where it's available

Two official statements describe the geography differently and both are reported here. The CHR division page says clients "must reside in Pawnee Nation Service area but do not have to be a member of the Pawnee Nation." The August 17, 2026 utility-assistance notice says applicants "must reside in Pawnee County, City of Yale, or Stillwater," Oklahoma. Yale and Stillwater are in Payne County, so this entry is not attached to a structured county service area — confirm your address with the program.
