Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member Geographic
Free lunch eligibility as published: 55 years old or older; spouses are included; enrolled on a Native American tribal roll — enrollment in the Kaw Nation specifically is not required; and a person who is disabled, 55 or older, and residing with a Native American elder. The public may purchase a reasonably priced lunch at the center without meeting these criteria. Home delivery has additional restrictions the page does not enumerate — call to confirm.
Where it's offered
County
Congregate meals are served at the W. A. Mehojah, Sr. Resource Center at tribal headquarters in Kaw City, Oklahoma. Home delivery is limited to elders in Newkirk and Ponca City, and the program notes "some restrictions apply." A two-town delivery boundary is not a county list, so no structured area is attached — call to confirm whether you are in the delivery area.
