The Housing page gives priority to "Enrolled Quapaw Nation Members," then "Quapaw Tribal Members by Descent," then "Members of other federally recognized Tribes if there is an empty home." The Housing Policy Manual says the household must include an enrolled Quapaw member and, if a home is available and no Quapaw member is waiting, moves to Peoria, Ottawa, Shawnee, Eastern Shawnee, Wyandotte, Miami, Modoc and Seneca-Cayuga or another NAHASDA-eligible tribe. The 2025 application instructions say tribal members "must be enrolled with Quapaw Nation." Applicants must be 18+, U.S. citizens, under the HUD income limit (e.g., $53,352 for 1 person, $83,360 for 4), and pass background, credit and rental checks. Call to confirm whether members of other tribes can apply.
