Choctaw Nation tribal members, age 16+, residing anywhere in the United States. Members 16-17 not in public school need the Oklahoma underage form. Online academy — no classroom required. (Non-Choctaw tribal members are served only within the Choctaw service area — see companion entry choctaw-education-017.)
