Member Legal Assistance
Document preparation only for uncontested cases. Does NOT attend court or provide additional legal services. Covers uncontested divorce petitions and responses, guardianships, child custody, custody modifications, grandparent visitation, and name changes. Members are responsible for all filing and case-related fees.

Tribal Citizens Only Income Based
Choctaw Nation tribal members who cannot otherwise afford legal assistance. Non-members cannot be assisted on behalf of members. Handles uncontested matters only in Choctaw Nation courts and Oklahoma District Courts.
