Intake, assessment, treatment planning, probation and parole, supervision, and reintegration services for delinquent tribal juveniles within the Choctaw Nation reservation.
Who's eligible
Any CDIB Holder Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Must be a member of a federally recognized tribe or eligible for CDIB. Juveniles under 18. Referrals come from Tribal Law Enforcement and the Choctaw Nation Prosecutors Office for delinquent offenses that occurred within the Choctaw Nation reservation; parental referrals and referrals from other programs are staffed individually.
