Tribal Burial and Support Programs
Three-part tribal-funded burial support: direct burial payment up to $7,000 combined with BIA, Food for Funeral up to $750, and Grave House Assistance up to $500 (home for traditional Creek burial practice).

Tribal Citizens Only
Tribal Burial and burial support programs (Food for Funeral and Grave House Assistance) are for Muscogee (Creek) Nation citizens only. Exception: Children under five not enrolled may qualify if one biological parent is an enrolled MCN citizen. Deceased must be enrolled MCN citizen; death within 1 year for Tribal Burial / Food for Funeral; 30 days for Grave House (deaths on/after October 1, 2023).
