Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
Assists individuals with home heating or cooling bills and/or energy assistance deposits. Applicants must reside within the Chickasaw Nation and be income eligible.
Who's eligible
Any CDIB Holder Income Based
Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation boundaries; must be income eligible. Documentation: CDIB, Social Security card, utility bill, proof of residency, proof of income for everyone in the home age 18+, and proof of disability if applicable.

How to apply
Required applications are available at any area office or from a Community Health Representative. Documentation needed: CDIB, Social Security card, utility bill, proof of residency, proof of income for everyone in the home age 18 and older (or non-income statement), and proof of disability if applicable.
