CPN WSS / Legal Aid of Oklahoma Civil Legal Assistance

Covers civil legal issues plus access to utility assistance, behavioral health, LIHEAP, food vouchers, gas vouchers, and GED assistance through the WSS program.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Applicants must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe, located in Oklahoma, and have a completed WSS application. Four groups qualify: CPN tribal members, CPN employees (any race), CPN WSS clients, and CPN daycare parents or guardians — so CPN citizenship is one path in, not a requirement. Service area covers Seminole, Pottawatomie, Lincoln, Payne, Cleveland, and Oklahoma (if otherwise unserved) counties.
