Any CDIB Holder

Geographic

Enrolled member of any federally recognized Indian Tribe, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian with a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), aged 14+, residing within the Navajo Nation service delivery area, and meeting at least one economic criterion (unemployed, underemployed, low-income, or receiving public assistance). Male applicants 18+ must be registered with Selective Service.
