General financial assistance for eligible tribal community members facing basic unmet needs. Administered by Sac and Fox Nation Human Services.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member Geographic
Any member of a federally recognized tribe residing within the Sac and Fox Nation jurisdiction. Required documents: photo ID for all household members, tribal enrollment verification and/or birth certificates for non-enrolled children, Social Security cards, income verification, and proof of residence.

Sac and Fox Nation jurisdictional area: Lincoln, Pottawatomie, Payne, Logan, Oklahoma, and Cleveland counties, OK.
