Sac and Fox Nation Title VI Elders Program
Title VI Older Americans Act services for tribal members age 55 and older. Includes congregate meals (Mon–Thu 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, Fri breakfast 8:30–9:30 AM), home-delivered meals for homebound elders, caregiver support, household assistance, and lawn care services. Guest meals available for purchase ($4 lunch, $3 breakfast).

Tribal members age 55 and older residing within the Sac and Fox Nation jurisdictional area.
