HASFN Low-Rent Housing Program
Income-based rental housing in duplex units. One-year renewable leases; monthly costs capped at 30% of annual income. Available in Shawnee, Cushing, and Stroud areas. Designed to prepare residents for future homeownership.
Who's eligible
Any CDIB Holder Income Based Geographic
Low-income Sac & Fox tribal members, elders, and other Native Americans. Enrolled tribal members receive first priority. All applicants placed on a waiting list pending unit availability.

Sac and Fox Nation service area. Units available in Shawnee (Pottawatomie County), Cushing (Payne County), and Stroud (Lincoln County).
