Gila River Health Care — O.A.S.I.S. Outpatient Substance Use Program
Outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment. The O.A.S.I.S. program offers an 80-day Intensive Outpatient Program (5 days/week), the Matrix Program for stimulant addiction, Continuing Care Group, and medication-assisted treatment for alcohol, opioid, and tobacco addiction, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opioid addiction.

Enrolled members of federally recognized tribes eligible for IHS services at GRHC. Contact the substance use department for intake assessment.
