ASHA Tiny Home Lease Purchase Program
New tiny home construction on the applicant’s own land with a lease-to-own financing structure. Includes homeownership counseling, site inspection, and procurement management by the Housing Authority. Maximum of 4 household members.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Any member of a federally recognized tribe. Must already own the land where the tiny home will be built. Maximum of 4 household members. Must meet minimum income requirements. Must not have previously participated in an ASHA homeownership program. Must be primary residence.
