Up to $25,000 toward down payment and closing costs for first-time homebuyers. Cherokee citizens receive priority. Homebuyer education class required.

Any Enrolled Tribal Member Income Based
Enrolled member of any federally recognized tribe (Cherokee citizens given priority). Cannot have owned a home in the past 3 years. Household income max 80% of national median. Must complete homebuyer education.
