Annual Elder Veterans’ Trip to Washington, DC
One-time, all-expense-paid trip for Chickasaw veterans age 60+ to visit Washington, DC. The itinerary includes war monuments, Smithsonian Museums, Arlington National Cemetery, and the U.S. Capitol. Participants are selected based on years of military service.

Tribal Citizens Only
Must be 60 years of age or older; Must be a Chickasaw citizen; Must be a veteran; Participants must not have participated in veteran's trip program before.

How to apply
Applicants must provide: Completed Form 04762, Chickasaw citizen ID number, and Verification of military service. Applications available online or as PDF print application.
