Handicapped Accessibility Grant
Provides income-eligible Chickasaw citizens with financial assistance to make their homes handicapped accessible. The grant pays up to $7,500 directly to eligible citizens living outside Chickasaw Nation boundaries for contractors of their choice.

How to apply
Submit required application, Chickasaw citizenship card, last year's filed income tax return (all household members 18 years of age or older), copy of warranty deed, and verification of disability.
