Chickasaw Nation Veterans Services provides outreach assistance to Chickasaw veterans or their next of kin, helping them navigate and acquire benefits from Veterans Affairs and other veterans organizations. Serves both peacetime and wartime veterans; does not require military health records to file claims.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Be a Chickasaw citizen; must be a veteran or currently serving in the military (Active duty, National Guard, or Reserve); or be next of kin to a veteran.

How to apply
Contact the program for the application process. Provide copy of CDIB and Chickasaw tribal citizenship, plus DD214 or NGB22, or state-issued driver's license with veterans logo. Chickasaw Warrior Society Application form required.
