Adult Reentry Program
Connects individuals reentering from incarceration or recovery with a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) who builds a compassionate support plan focused on hope, opportunity, and cultural pride.
Who's eligible
IHS-Eligible Geographic Other
Oklahoma resident, age 18+, with CDIB, letter of descendancy, or tribal membership from a federally recognized tribe. Must have a history of substance use disorder (or co-occurring SUD and mental disorder) and be within 4 months of release from a correctional facility or on probation at risk of reincarceration.
