Choctaw Nation Health Care
Comprehensive health care including primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, 24/7 emergency care at Talihina, surgical services, and specialty clinics (cardiology, dermatology, ENT, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonary, podiatry, OMT). Also includes medical laboratory, radiology, and sleep lab. Delivered through the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina plus seven regional clinics across SE Oklahoma.

Any CDIB holder, tribal membership card, or letter of descendancy from any federally recognized tribe. Children under 19 of eligible parents also qualify.
