Eyeglasses, Dentures & Hearing Aid Program (EDH)
Provides Choctaw tribal members with eyeglasses, dentures/partials, and hearing aids. EDH pays after insurance — covers remaining costs after insurance processes claims. Coverage frequency: eyeglasses every 2 years (excludes exams, sunglasses, sport goggles), dentures/partials every 5 years, hearing aids every 3 years.
