LIHEAP — Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Winter heating, energy crisis, summer cooling, and weatherization/home energy repair assistance for eligible low-income households. Priority scoring gives additional points for: elders (55+), disabled persons, children under 5, veterans, and active military. House size and income level are also factored in.

Income Based
Household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty guideline or 60% of state median income. Applications accepted during specific periods each year; contact CPN Workforce & Social Services for current open periods. Tribal enrollment not required — CPN administers for its service population.
