DIHFS Dental Services
Comprehensive dental care for all ages. Services include exams, X-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, extractions, and crowns. Pediatric services include healthy mouth checks, anti-cavity varnish, and dental sealants. Senior services include denture fabrication, annual exams, and deep cleaning/scaling. Appointment required; no-show policy enforced.
Who's eligible
IHS-Eligible
Enrolled members of any federally recognized tribe receive services at reduced or no cost through IHS coverage. Non-enrolled patients are billed through insurance or sliding fee scale. Any tribal ID, CDIB, or BIA enrollment form accepted. (Source: dihfs.org)
