Comprehensive primary and specialty care for IHS-eligible tribal members. Services include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, podiatry, pharmacy, laboratory, and imaging/radiology. Facilities at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, Komatke Health Center in Laveen, Hau’pal Health Center in Chandler, and Ak-Chin Clinic in Maricopa.

Enrolled members of any federally recognized tribe are eligible for IHS direct care services at GRHC facilities. Purchased/Referred Care (outside specialist coverage) is generally limited to GRIC-enrolled members with active Contract Health Services eligibility. Bring CDIB card and tribal enrollment documentation.
