Gila River Urban Members Association — Utility and Financial Assistance
Utility bill assistance up to $500 per year (maximum $250 every other month) for GRIC-enrolled members living off the reservation. Priority given to members who are 55+, disabled, or military personnel. Walk-ins welcome at the Phoenix office.
