Provides assistance to Iowa tribal members and other eligible Indians who reside within the Iowa Tribe service area and need vocational education for entry into the workforce — enrollment in the Iowa Tribe specifically is not required. Only applicants who declare a desire and intent to accept and retain full-time employment are selected to receive services. The applicant must be 18 years of age, except a high school student who is 17 at graduation.
