Office of Child Support Enforcement (CSE)
Collects and distributes child support, locates absent parents, establishes legal paternity, establishes and modifies support orders, and coordinates with other IV-D agencies. Does NOT provide divorce, property settlement, legal representation, custody, or visitation services.

Any Enrolled Tribal Member Geographic
Eligible if you or the child are members or eligible for membership in the Muscogee Nation, or if the child is a member or eligible for membership in a federally recognized tribe and lives within the boundaries of the Muscogee Nation.
