NAHC Harm Reduction Supplies
Free harm reduction supplies distributed walk-in through the Community Wellness Department. Items include Narcan (naloxone), fentanyl test strips, and condoms. No appointment needed. Available Monday–Friday during business hours at both Oakland and San Francisco locations.
