Child Support Services
Assists with locating noncustodial parents, establishing paternity, creating or modifying child support orders, and enforcing support orders through legal and administrative remedies. Cases outside Osage Nation jurisdiction are forwarded to the appropriate state or tribal agency. Cannot assist with divorce, custody, or visitation matters.
Who's eligible

Any child under the age of majority residing within the Osage Nation's jurisdiction. Cases outside tribal jurisdiction are forwarded to the appropriate state or tribal agency. Program cannot provide legal advice or assist with divorce/custody/visitation matters.

Osage Nation jurisdiction (Osage County). Out-of-jurisdiction cases referred to appropriate state or tribal agency.
