Car Seat Program
Free infant (3-in-1), toddler and booster car seats for enrolled Quapaw children, paid for by tag revenue and shipped to the family. Seats go out first come, first served; allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Seats "will be made available to enrolled Quapaw children from either birth to 8 year old or until the child reaches 4 feet 9 inches in height." An enrolled Quapaw parent may request an infant seat before the birth with a physician's letter or ultrasound showing the expected due date.

The page states: "There are no service area boundaries for this program. Seats will be shipped to tribal members of the Quapaw Nation."
How to apply
Download the Car Seat Application, fill in the child's and parent's information and shipping address, and mail it with a copy of the enrollment card (or proof of pregnancy) to Car Seat Program, Tag Department, P.O. Box 765, Quapaw, OK 74363.
