The guidelines address "Quapaw Nation Tribal Members approved for funding through the Quapaw Nation Higher Education and BIA Adult Education Programs." Applicants provide a copy of their Quapaw Nation Tribal Enrollment Card, a driver's license or state ID with their current address, and a Social Security card, and must submit completion documents within one month of testing.
