Judgment Fund — Burial Assistance Program
Burial assistance benefit per Seminole Nation Judgment Fund: up to $800 (stillborn or under age 1), $3,000 (age 1+), or $3,000 for cremation. Application must be submitted within 90 days of death.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Decedent must have been "an enrolled member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, and be a descendant of the Seminole Nation as it existed in Florida on Sept. 18, 1823" and possess a CDIB card. Application within 90 days of death.
