Seminole Nation members and Seminole Freedmen receive priority. Income ≤80% of national median (HUD low-income guidelines). Must demonstrate readiness for financial and maintenance obligations. Veterans' benefits may count toward eligibility. Law enforcement officers or essential families may qualify for special provisions.
