The Tribal Council provides utility assistance for all enrolled Otoe-Missouria tribal members. The program page publishes the application but does not state a dollar cap or an eligibility window — call the TAP office to confirm the current award amount and how often it may be claimed.

How to apply
Complete the appropriate Tribal Assistance Program application and submit it to the General Fund office at 8151 Hwy 177, Red Rock, OK 74651, by mail, by fax to 580-723-4440, or in person. Incomplete applications are not processed. Applications are reviewed and processed within 10 days of a complete application being received, and you are notified within 10 days whether the application is approved or denied. Hand-delivered applications are dated when the General Fund office date-stamps them; mailed applications use the postmark date. Applications cannot be processed the same day. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Otoe-Missouria Tribal Council within 30 days. Call 580-723-4466 for the TAP Supervisor (ext. 231) or the General Fund Director (ext. 249).
