Back to School Supplement Funding Assistance
A one-time $500 payment, issued on a pre-paid card, for back-to-school clothes and supplies. Covers students from Head Start and pre-K through high school and post-secondary programs.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Students must be enrolled ONLY in the Otoe-Missouria Tribe, and enrolled in Head Start, pre-K, elementary, junior high or middle school, high school, or a post-secondary education program. Amount of assistance is $500.00, payable by pre-paid card, one time only. Eligibility period is August 3, 2026 through May 30, 2027. A completed Back to School Supplement Funding application and a signed proof-of-enrollment form (attached to the application) are required, and the assistance must directly benefit the applicant. Post-secondary students must provide current enrollment and a class schedule; post-secondary applications take up to five business days to approve and process.

How to apply
Apply in person at a distribution site (the Back to School Bash at Frontier School) or at the Enterprise Building at the Tribal Complex after the on-site distribution date; by mail to Otoe-Missouria Tribe, TAP Dept, 8151 Hwy 177, Red Rock, OK 74651; or by fax to 580-723-4440. The program states that email submission is no longer available, and warns not to submit multiple applications as this slows processing.
