Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
LIHEAP assists with heating, cooling, and crisis assistance. Heating assistance runs November through March 31 and cooling assistance runs June through August 31. Crisis assistance is available year-round for clients who have received a cutoff notice for an electric or gas bill.

The Ponca Tribal Family Services Department provides services to eligible tribal families who meet the program criteria and live in the service area of Kay, Noble, and Grant counties in Oklahoma. The page does not restrict the program to Ponca citizens specifically. LIHEAP is funded through the Division of Energy Assistance.

Download and complete the LIHEAP application from the program page, then submit it — supporting documents can be uploaded through the program's online document-upload form. Call (580) 763-0135 with questions. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., at the Clyde Warrior Building, 198 White Eagle Drive.
