How to apply

In-PersonPhone

Visit the Food Distribution office at 222 White Eagle Drive or call (580) 762-3443 to certify. Bring 30 days of income proof for everyone 18 and over, proof of residency, and a CDIB or BIA/tribal descendancy letter. Certification and distribution hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The office is closed to the public the first three working days of each month for tailgate distributions, the last two working days for inventory, and all day the second Wednesday for the multi-food shipment. The program page posts current monthly income standards, guide rates by household size, a fact sheet, and the list of available foods.

Where it's available

The program states its area is "Kay County, Noble County, Grant County, Garfield County and the northern portions of Payne & Logan counties with highway 33 being our boundary line," and adds a population rule: "We cannot go into cities where there is a population of 10,000 and more which currently excludes the cities of Ponca City, Stillwater and Enid." Neither the partial counties nor the city exclusions can be expressed as a county list, so this entry is not attached to a structured service area — confirm your address with the program.
