Tribal Assistance Program — High School Senior Assistance
High school senior assistance of $1,500.00 per half-year period — $1,500.00 for January through June and $1,500.00 for July through December.

Applicant must be an enrolled member of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma. One application covers all Tribal Assistance Programs. Forms must be complete and legible with all required documents; incomplete applications are returned for correction. Receipts must be dated January 1 through December 31 of the current year and show the vendor name. If the tribal member is not named on the lease, statement, or bill, a written statement must accompany the request confirming the member resides there. All vendors paid by the tribe must have a W-9 on file, and a request may be held pending receipt of a new vendor's W-9. The published benefit schedule lists High School Senior Assistance at $1,500.00 for the January-June period and $1,500.00 for the July-December period.

How to apply
Download the Tribal Assistance Application, complete it, save it as "Last Name. First Name", and email the PDF to tribalassistance@iowanation.org with the subject "Tribal Assistance Request". A new application is required for each request. Allow fourteen business days for processing; the weekly cutoff is Wednesday at 12:00 noon, and requests received after that are processed the following week. Applications may not be cancelled or rescinded more than one business day after submission. Call (405) 547-2402 with questions.
