Anadarko and Oklahoma City Outreach Offices
Field offices in Anadarko and Oklahoma City that act as liaison between Comanche members living away from Lawton and the tribe’s departments — referrals, applications and information by mail, fax or email, and news of tribal events. Both offices can reach any program offered at the Comanche Nation Tribal Complex.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
The Anadarko office states its mission is "to provide assistance to Enrolled Comanche Tribal Members residing in Anadarko and surrounding communities," and the Oklahoma City office "to assist our Comanche tribal members in the OKC and surrounding areas with services provided by the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma." Both publish the same list of Comanche Nation non-local services they can refer members to: Caregivers, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, Child Support, Diabetes Program, Elections, Enrollment, Emergency Management, F.A.C. (Women’s Shelter), Funeral Home, Higher Education, Indian Child Welfare, Injury Prevention, M.M.I.P., Optometry, Prescription Assistance, Prevention & Recovery, Public Information Office, Social Services, Tax Commission, Tribal Court, Workforce (W.I.O.A.) and Youth Services. The offices themselves do not determine eligibility or distribute financial assistance — that is done by the department providing the service.
