Seminole Nation Social Services (sno-nsn.org, checked 2026-08-31) states that eligibility "for assistance or services is based on need" and that an applicant must "be an enrolled member of a Federal Recognized Tribe," "not have sufficient resources to meet the essential need items," "reside in the service area of Seminole County," and "meet the additional eligibility criteria for each of the specific programs." ETA-specific criteria are not published separately; the FY26 ETA application is the department's standard Social Services Application for Assistance, which requires a tribal enrollment card, CDIB, Social Security card, driver's license, and income verification for every household member. Only one payment per household per fiscal year is processed, and priority goes to senior citizens, the disabled, households with a child under five, and applicants with a 48-hour cutoff notice.
