“37” Rental Program
Provides rental assistance to income-eligible families through rental units available in designated locations within tribal territory. Operates under NAHASDA with First American preference.

Tribal Citizens Only
First American preference; Meet income requirements (80% or lower National Median Income); No outstanding debt owed to the housing division or to the Chickasaw Nation; No engagement in drug-related criminal activity; Non-First American families can be housed only after First American needs are met; $20,000 asset limitation

How to apply
Required forms are available at the Housing Administration office. A background check on all family members 18 years of age or older is required. Applicants can expect notification within 21 business days of application completion.
