“98” Rental Program
Enables income-eligible First Americans to lease units in the private sector within a designated 12-county service area in Oklahoma. Provides rental subsidies under NAHASDA.

First American with a Chickasaw preference; Meet income requirements (50% or lower National Median Income); No outstanding debt owed to the housing division or to the Chickasaw Nation; No engagement in drug-related criminal activity; $20,000 asset limitation

How to apply
Printed application available; forms obtainable at Housing Administration office. A background check on all family members 18 years of age or older is required. Provide CDIB/Citizenship Card, Social Security cards of all household members, and income verification.
