Down Payment and/or Closing Cost Assistance Grant
One-time grant of up to $5,000 assists Chickasaw citizens with down payment and/or closing costs when purchasing or refinancing a primary residence. Applicants must be approved for a loan with an active application; grants are not dispersed after loan closing.

Tribal Citizens Only
Must be Chickasaw citizen; Must be on the loan application; Must be approved for home loan; Primary residence only (investment property, vacation home or second home does not qualify); If refinancing, loan cannot be a cash-out; Must provide closing disclosure prior to closing

How to apply
Access the online application form. Submit citizenship card, pre-approval letter from lender, and copy of home loan application with property address. Submit required documentation to Chickasaw Nation Housing Counseling and Loan Services Department minimum three weeks before closing.
