Assisted Living Benefit Program
Provides up to $3,500 per month to eligible Chickasaw elders age 60+ for state-licensed assisted living facilities. The benefit is paid directly to the facility based on client need.

Tribal Citizens Only
Must be Chickasaw; 60 years of age or older; Verified financial need; Verified medical need.
