HUD Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program assists tribal members in reaching self-sufficiency through resources and services that enhance quality of life and financial stability.
Who's eligible
Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Tribal members residing in or associated with the Cheyenne and Arapaho housing program area. Contact the Housing department for current eligibility requirements.

9-county C&A service area (Beckham, Blaine, Canadian, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Kingfisher, Roger Mills, and Washita Counties, OK). Tribal HQ in Concho, OK.
