Elder Care Glasses Assistance
Financial assistance of up to $200 every two years for one complete pair of eyeglasses for enrolled Cheyenne and Arapaho elders. Does not cover the cost of an eye exam.

Tribal Citizens Only
Must be an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, age 55 or older. Annual application required with CDIB copy. Eye exam cost is excluded; glasses only.
