Financial assistance for medically necessary supplies and equipment for enrolled Cheyenne and Arapaho elders. A valid prescription is required.

Must be an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, age 55 or older. Valid prescription required for supplies or equipment. Annual application required with CDIB copy.
