Elder Care Monthly Food Check
$150 monthly check mailed directly to enrolled Cheyenne and Arapaho elders for food expenses. Direct deposit also available.
Who's eligible
Tribal Citizens Only
Must be an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, age 55 or older. Annual application required; initial application must include copy of CDIB. Program is available to enrolled members living within or outside the 9-county service area.

How to apply
Complete the annual Elder Care application (available at hipaa.jotform.com or in-person at the Elder Care office). Initial application requires CDIB copy.
