Homeownership path for tribal members with income above the Low Rent program cap. Covers purchase, construction, or modernization. Income range: above $58,352 (family of 1) up to $110,035 (family of 8).

Any Enrolled Tribal Member
Any member of a federally recognized tribe. Income must exceed the Low Rent housing cap (above $58,352 for a family of 1, up to $110,035 for a family of 8). Section 214 status required.
